李叶青先生(sheng)，1964年(nian)2月(yue)出生(sheng)，博士(shi)，教授级高级工(gong)(gong)程师(shi)(shi)，现任(ren)(ren)(ren)公司(si)总(zong)裁、总(zong)工(gong)(gong)程师(shi)(shi)、党(dang)委书记，中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)建材联合(he)(he)(he)会(hui)首席专(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)、专(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)委执(zhi)行(xing)(xing)主任(ren)(ren)(ren)。李叶青先生(sheng)自1984年(nian)7月(yue)先后(hou)毕业于武汉(han)(han)建材学(xue)院硅酸盐(yan)专(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)业，获工(gong)(gong)学(xue)学(xue)士(shi)学(xue)位；武汉(han)(han)工(gong)(gong)业大学(xue)工(gong)(gong)业管(guan)理(li)(li)专(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)业，获工(gong)(gong)学(xue)硕士(shi)学(xue)位；华中(zhong)(zhong)科(ke)技(ji)大学(xue)管(guan)理(li)(li)科(ke)学(xue)与工(gong)(gong)程专(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)业，获管(guan)理(li)(li)学(xue)博士(shi)学(xue)位。1984年(nian)7月(yue)至1987年(nian)10月(yue)，任(ren)(ren)(ren)武汉(han)(han)工(gong)(gong)业大学(xue)硅工(gong)(gong)系教师(shi)(shi)、团委副(fu)书记；1987年(nian)11月(yue)加入(ru)华新水(shui)泥(ni)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)（本(ben)(ben)公司(si)前(qian)身(shen)），先后(hou)任(ren)(ren)(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)心化验(yan)室质量控(kong)制(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程师(shi)(shi)、石(shi)灰石(shi)矿副(fu)矿长、扩改办副(fu)主任(ren)(ren)(ren)、生(sheng)产技(ji)术处长，1993年(nian)1月(yue)任(ren)(ren)(ren)华新水(shui)泥(ni)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)（本(ben)(ben)公司(si)前(qian)身(shen)）副(fu)厂(chang)(chang)(chang)长，1994年(nian)6月(yue)任(ren)(ren)(ren)本(ben)(ben)公司(si)副(fu)总(zong)经(jing)理(li)(li)，1999年(nian)12月(yue)至今，任(ren)(ren)(ren)本(ben)(ben)公司(si)总(zong)经(jing)理(li)(li)（2004年(nian)3月(yue)后(hou)改称(cheng)总(zong)裁）、总(zong)工(gong)(gong)程师(shi)(shi)。1994年(nian)起(qi)，出任(ren)(ren)(ren)本(ben)(ben)公司(si)董(dong)事(shi)。2023年(nian)4月(yue)起(qi)，出任(ren)(ren)(ren)阿曼水(shui)泥(ni)股(gu)份有限(xian)公司(si)(Oman Cement Company)董(dong)事(shi)长。2009年(nian)3月(yue)至今，任(ren)(ren)(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)建筑(zhu)材料(liao)联合(he)(he)(he)会(hui)副(fu)会(hui)长；2000年(nian)5月(yue)至今，任(ren)(ren)(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)水(shui)泥(ni)协会(hui)副(fu)会(hui)长。2014年(nian)1月(yue)至今，任(ren)(ren)(ren)湖北(bei)省(sheng)建筑(zhu)材料(liao)联合(he)(he)(he)会(hui)会(hui)长。2020年(nian)10月(yue)至今，任(ren)(ren)(ren)中(zhong)(zhong)国(guo)建筑(zhu)材料(liao)联合(he)(he)(he)会(hui)第(di)六届理(li)(li)事(shi)会(hui)执(zhi)行(xing)(xing)副(fu)会(hui)长。

Mr. Li Yeqing, born in February 1964, Doctor, senior engineer (professor level). He is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Company, chief engineer, chief specialist and executive chairman of the Specialist Committee of China Building Materials Federation. In July 1984, he graduated from Wuhan Institute of Building Materials with a bachelor’s degree in engineering, majoring in silicate, and with a master’s degree in engineering majoring in industrial management, and from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a doctor’s degree in management, majoring in management science and engineering. From July 1984 to October 1987, he served as a teacher in Wuhan University of Technology Silicon Engineering Department, and a deputy secretary of the Youth League Committee. He joined Huaxin Cement Plant (predecessor of the Company) in November 1987, and served as a quality control engineer of Central Lab, vice manager of Limestone Quarry, vice director of Extension Office and manager of production technology, and promoted as the vice manager of Huaxin Cement Plant in January 1993. He became Deputy General Manager of the Company in June 1994, General Manager of the Company and chief engineer since December 1999 (renamed as chief executive officer in March 2004). He served as a Director of the Company since 1994. He served as the Chairman of Oman Cement Company since April 2023. He has also been the Vice Chairman of China Building Materials Federation since March 2009 and Vice Chairman of China Cement Association since May 2000. He also served as the Chairman of Hubei Building Materials Federation since January 2014. Also, he has been serving as the Executive Vice Chairman of the Sixth Council of China Building Materials Federation since October 2020.
