梅向(xiang)福先生，1972年7月(yue)出生，工(gong)(gong)学(xue)(xue)硕士及工(gong)(gong)商管理(li)硕士。1994年毕(bi)(bi)业(ye)于南(nan)昌航(hang)空工(gong)(gong)业(ye)学(xue)(xue)院机械制造工(gong)(gong)艺(yi)与(yu)设备专业(ye)，获(huo)工(gong)(gong)学(xue)(xue)学(xue)(xue)士；2002年毕(bi)(bi)业(ye)于武(wu)(wu)汉理(li)工(gong)(gong)大(da)学(xue)(xue)机电工(gong)(gong)程专业(ye)，获(huo)工(gong)(gong)学(xue)(xue)硕士学(xue)(xue)位；2011年毕(bi)(bi)业(ye)于华中(zhong)科技(ji)(ji)大(da)学(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)商管理(li)专业(ye)。1994年加入(ru)华新水泥股份有限公(gong)(gong)司，先后(hou)任(ren)本公(gong)(gong)司技(ji)(ji)术(shu)员、机动(dong)处副(fu)(fu)处长、阳新公(gong)(gong)司副(fu)(fu)总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)、武(wu)(wu)穴公(gong)(gong)司副(fu)(fu)总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)、武(wu)(wu)穴公(gong)(gong)司总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)、东南(nan)区域(yu)总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)，株洲公(gong)(gong)司总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)，维修公(gong)(gong)司总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)。2011年2月(yue)起，先后(hou)任(ren)本公(gong)(gong)司湘粤水泥事(shi)业(ye)部总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)、增长与(yu)创新业(ye)务负责(ze)人、运营与(yu)成本业(ye)务负责(ze)人、新业(ye)务事(shi)业(ye)部总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)、东部区域(yu)总(zong)(zong)(zong)经(jing)(jing)理(li)。2011年2月(yue)至(zhi)2016年1月(yue)，任(ren)本公(gong)(gong)司助理(li)副(fu)(fu)总(zong)(zong)(zong)裁；2016年1月(yue)起，出任(ren)本公(gong)(gong)司副(fu)(fu)总(zong)(zong)(zong)裁。

Mr. Mei Xiangfu, born in July 1972, Master of Engineering and MBA. He graduated from Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology, majoring in Machine Manufacturing Processes and Equipment, and got a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering in 1994. In 2002, he graduated from Wuhan University of Technology, majored in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and got a Master’s Degree of Engineering. In 2011, he graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology and got MBA Degree. He joined Huaxin Cement Co., Ltd. in 1994, and took the positions of technician, vice manager of Equipment and Power Department, DGM of Yangxin Company, DGM and GM of Wuxue Company, GM of Southeast Region, GM of Zhuzhou Company, GM of Maintenance Company. Since February 2011, he successively served as GM of Hunan and Guangdong Cement Business Unit, Head of the Growth and Innovation Business and Head of Operation and Cost Business, GM of New Business Unit, and GM of East Business Unit. From February 2011 to January 2016, he was AVP of the Company. He became VP of the Company in January 2016.
